Jamie Wickens has been Winchelsea’s butcher for over 20 years, selling the very best quality free-range beef, lamb and pork from local Sussex farmers. One of the major suppliers to the shop is Elm’s Farm, managed by the Wetland Trust, where top-quality rare-breed beef, lamb and pork is produced.
